Chevrolet warranty

Every single Chevrolet is produced to the highest quality standards and with the greatest possible care.

However, if you discover defects in materials or damage due to poor workmanship, your entire vehicle is covered by our limited, non-deductible warranty for three (3) years or up to a maximum mileage of 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

If the owner of the vehicle changes, the warranty service will be automatically transferred during the valid warranty period.

Which components are covered by the guarantee?

Your authorized Chevrolet repair facility will, at its option and at no charge to the vehicle owner, repair or replace any genuine parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the specified warranty period.

The corrosion warranty for rust through is limited to six years, regardless of mileage.

Rusting means a complete rusting through of the metal such as: B. a hole in a body panel. Cosmetic or superficial corrosion (e.g. from stone chips or scratches in the paint) will not be repaired under this warranty. Defects in the vehicle’s exhaust system are expressly excluded from this warranty. This guarantee remains valid subject to the following conditions.

The vehicle owner must ensure the following; The corrosion test protection described in this booklet must be performed by an authorized Chevrolet repair facility. All related warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of the annual body inspection being carried out. To do this, the authorized Chevrolet workshop must complete the appropriate section in this booklet at the time the test is carried out. If the vehicle owner is informed by the Chevrolet authorized workshop of paint damage or damage to the body protection, he must have it repaired immediately by an authorized Chevrolet workshop at his own expense.

This warranty is valid for three years regardless of mileage and covers damage to the paintwork that occurs during normal use or due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Chevrolet is pleased to offer you complimentary membership to the Roadside Assistance Program for a period of three (3) years, available 24/7 to provide you with worry-free, safe driving lessons. For further details, please refer to the manual or contact your dealer.
